(DE) Wenn Sie kein Deutscher sind, kommen Sie nicht hierher. Sie werden Sie zum Narren halten. Ich habe mein Auto mit ausländischen (EU-)Kennzeichen dorthin gebracht, und man hat mir einen Kostenvoranschlag von 100 € bis 120 € gemacht, und dass es 1 Woche dauern würde. Am Ende dauerte es 2 Wochen und der Preis stieg auf 701€!!!!! Die Ausrede? Dass ein anderes Teil des Autos repariert werden musste (das kann ich bis zu diesem Punkt verstehen), das Problem ist, dass man sich nicht die Mühe gemacht hat, mich darüber zu informieren. Ich rief zweimal an, um mich nach dem Zustand des Autos zu erkundigen, und beide Male bat ich sie um eine Bestätigung, wie viel die Reparatur kosten würde, da ich das Geld von der Bank abheben musste. Beide Male wurde mir gesagt, sie wüssten es nicht, beim zweiten Anruf wurde mir gesagt, sie würden mich zurückrufen, um es zu bestätigen (ich warte immer noch...). Als ich ihn von Angesicht zu Angesicht damit konfrontierte, sagte er, er habe versucht, mich zu kontaktieren, und dass das Auto die anderen Autos störe und er es aus dem Weg schaffen müsse? All dies, ohne den Kunden vorher zu kontaktieren (sie hatten mein Telefon, meine E-Mail und den Kontakt meines Nachbarn, der sie zuerst kontaktierte). Wenn Sie kein Deutscher sind oder kein perfektes Deutsch sprechen, werden sie Sie abzocken. Und ich dachte, die Deutschen seien seriös.... Sie nutzen die Bedürfnisse anderer Menschen aus. Ich habe vor, diesen Bericht in mehreren Sprachen zu schreiben. (ES) Si usted no es alemán, no venga a este sítio. Te tomarán el pelo. Llevé mi coche, con matrícula extranjera (UE), me dan el presupuesto de 100€ a 120€ y que tardarán 1 semana. Al final han tardado 2 semanas y el presupuesto subió a 701€!!! La excusa? Que otra pieza del coche necesitaba arreglo (hasta aqui puedo entender), el problema es que no se han molestado en informarmelo. Yo llamé 2 veces para saber como estaba el coche y en las 2 veces les pedí que me confirmaran cuanto sería el arreglo, ya que necesitaba sacar el dinero del banco. En ambas veces me han dicho que no lo sabían, en la segunda llamada me han dicho que me volverían a llamar para confirmarlo (aún estoy esperando...) Una vez confrontado frente a frente, dijo que intentó contactarme y que el coche estaba molestando entre los otros coches y que necesitaba sacarlo de encima... Todo esto sin contactar con el cliente previamente, (tenían mi telefono, mi email y el contacto de mi vecina, que fué quien les contactó primero). Si no eres alemán, o hablas alemán perfecto, te timarán. Y yo que pensaba que los alemanes eran sérios... Se aprovechan de la necesidad de los demás. Pienso escribir esta reseña en varios idiomas. I called twice to find out how the car was and both times I asked them to confirm how much the repair would be, since I needed to get the money from the bank. Both times they told me that they didn't know, on the second call they told me that they would call me again to confirm it (I'm still waiting...) Once confronted face to face, he said that he tried to contact me and that the car was interfering with the other cars and that he needed to get it out of the way... All this without contacting the client beforehand, (they had my phone, my email and the contact of my neighbor, who was the one who contacted them first). If you are not German, or speak perfect German, you will be scammed. And here I thought the Germans were serious... They take advantage of the needs of others.
